DISCOVER WATAMU INTERNET POLICY

Where Wireless Internet included as part of the package in a house, please note that we do not subscribe to unlimited downloads and therefore operate a ‘fair usage policy’ which is a weekly package with an expected usage of 12GB for any booking up to 1 week. Bookings over 1 week will be provided with a 12GB package per week or part thereof which should be more than enough to keep in touch with the office or home via email and for regular web browsing as well as a small amount of streaming.

Heavy usage of the internet such as downloading music and films may result in the 12GB running out well before time. Should this happen guests may buy an additional 10GB for Ksh 1,000/- by contacting us in office hours. Payment can be made in cash or via Mpesa.
