When you take advantage of our Concierge Service with a Discover Watamu Gold Property

A member of the DiscoverWatamu team will be in touch with you well before your arrival to discuss in detail what you may want to book in advance, including recommendations for restaurants, exciting activities, as well as to explore your food shopping preferences to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. They will also arrange your taxi transfers to and from your flight.

Once you have arrived at your wonderful DiscoverWatamu Gold destination, your friendly representative will come to the house every single day to check in on you, answer any questions that you may have, and help make arrangements for your food and drinks from the local shop. They will also be readily available and on call for any inquiries or concerns you may have throughout your entire stay, ensuring that your holiday experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

The Concierge service is available for an additional daily price on top of your rental fee, ensuring you have a seamless experience during your stay. Please note that this service does not encompass any of the costs associated with food, drinks, transport or excursions. Our dedicated representative will keep you informed and updated regarding the pricing of all these options, and it remains the responsibility of the tenant to settle these costs.

It should also be noted that many of the water activities in Watamu require a daily KWS ticket on top of the price - whilst your representative can arrange this, the cost of the tickets is also to be reimbursed.
