PROPERTY GUIDELINES

In occupying the Property, the Client and the Client’s party understand that it is a private home and should be treated as such.  Care must be taken with the Owners property and everything should be left in the condition it was found.

Any breakages or damages to the Property must be reported immediately to the Company and an assessment will be made on whether charges are appropriate – failure to report this will affect future bookings.

In the interest of good neighbourliness, occupants are requested to avoid noise and behaviour that might constitute a nuisance.

No more than the maximum number of people indicated on the Booking form should occupy the property without agreement of The Company in advance.  If the Company agrees to increase the number a further fee will be charged on a per person per night basis.  Any extra people not agreed to by the Company can result in this agreement being brought to an end without notice and the Client may have to vacate the property immediately without refund.

The Company assumes no liability for loss or damage to person or property of the occupants of the Property.
