The White House is a lovely four bedroom family house, with a fantastic entertaining area upstairs overlooking the swimming pool and lush tropical garden. The property is situated on a beach access road, approximately 100 yards from the white sandy beach and Watamu Marine Park.
The spacious downstairs living area includes a bar and leads off into a modern, granite surfaced kitchen and upstairs to the master bedroom.
Downstairs are three bedrooms, furnished with wrought iron beds, each with overhead fans and nets. The Master Bedroom Suite upstairs has windows either side to take advantage of the cooling sea breeze. The bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom to one side.
The spectacular upstairs entertaining space on the first floor has a bar, comfortable seating areas and a large dining table, all overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
A new inclusion at The White House is a TV featuring Google TV if you need to escape the heat of the day.
